Anthony, who goes by “Tony,” is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M International University in 2021. My passion is helping people uncover their resilience and create meaningful change in their lives. I provide evidence-based therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I specialize in working with individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I am certified in Prolonged Exposure (PE) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma treatment. For OCD treatment, I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs. Whether you're working through past experiences, managing intrusive thoughts, or striving to become the best version of yourself, I am committed to helping you access your strength and move toward the life you want to live.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones—including my dogs—as well as cooking, weight-lifting, running, reading, and gaming.
