Crisis Counseling Stabilization Interventions

Mental health support without having to wait for an extended period of time or while you wait for a scheduled appointment.

We have witnessed our waitlist grow to the point where wait times for appointments are anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months. Often times, there is a longer wait for appointments for individuals needing specialized attention.

Crisis counseling stabilization interventions are ideal for first early hours in which an individual shows severe distress symptoms and/or deterioration in current functioning. Subsequent brief appointments can be provided after the initial appointment following adjunct therapy processes like Safe and Sound Protocol or biofeedback based approaches like HeartMath.

Our crisis counselors offer one time telehealth appointments or a scheduled in person appointment. Same day services can be arranged. We offer resources to help with stabilization and immediate care while you are waiting on a provider of your preference. Crisis counseling stabilization interventions are not always covered by insurance. We can offer an invoice with an insurance billing code to submit to your insurance to see if the service would be covered. Appointments are made by credit card and HSA/ FSA card only.
